mynzhome – Terms of Use

Welcome to mynzhome. These Terms of Use explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how our service works. By using our website or platform, you agree to these terms.

mynzhome is a New Zealand real estate agency platform offering full-service property sales for a 1% fee including marketing and GST.

We provide:

• Owner Hub
• Nearby listing reports
• 90-day vendor value estimate reports
• Vendor Portal with insights and feedback
• Self-managed open home tools
• Expression of Interest system
• AML and Real Estate Agents Act compliance support

To use mynzhome you must be over 18, legally able to sell the property, provide accurate information, and comply with NZ law.

We may suspend access if we believe you have listed with another agency.

You must:

• Use the platform lawfully
• Keep login details secure
• Provide accurate information
• Complete AML requirements
• Manage open homes safely if you choose to run them

We will:

• Provide the platform and tools
• Maintain reasonable security
• Comply with NZ real estate law
• Support you throughout your listing

You must only upload information you own or are allowed to use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Automated reports and estimates are informational only and are not valuations or guarantees.

We may suspend or cancel access if you breach these terms, misuse the system, or list with another agency.

Our standard fee is 1% including GST and marketing, except where agreed otherwise.

All platform content belongs to us or our partners.

We are not responsible for losses outside our control or decisions made solely from automated reports.

We may update terms by posting a new version with an updated date.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
